PIT GRIT® founder, Katie Boyle, realized her natural deodorant wasn’t cutting it. Body odor came up around 10-11:00 AM every workday. She wondered whether her armpits were truly clean, asking, “How could a natural deodorant without the harsh chemicals perform if our underarms aren’t even clean to begin with?” Katie began tinkering with exfoliating ingredients and essential oils known to kill odor causing bacteria. The result was the first formula of PIT GRIT® !
